Steven Heller Architect LLC, is a full-service architectural firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects as well as custom homes for select clients. Our architectural services are personalized with an emphasis on quality design, excellent documentation, and full construction phase support.

WHO WE ARE

Our architectural practice is based in Maui and we work throughout the Hawaiian Islands. We have been providing architectural services on Maui Hawaii for over 25 years. Our passion for architectural design is coupled with a strong technical background providing a balanced experience level ideal for any type of development or project.

The types of architectural projects we focus on are new commercial and industrial buildings, tenant improvements, and renovations. We use sophisticated software like AutoCAD for Architecture and Bluebeam PDF so that we can create 3D models to share with our clients. This makes the architectural design process interactive and enables the client to visualize the project. Every project is unique, thus each design response is diverse and a direct reflection of the participants involved.

We take a collaborative approach engaging the client and the consultants during the entire architectural design process. The process is driven by an early analysis and interpretation of the client’s needs, thoughtful consideration of the site and program, and an exploration of space, materials and creative ways to meet the budget.

Maui Medical Group Kahului Clinic

The Kahului Clinic is the newest of five outpatient clinics operated by the Maui Medical Group. This state of the art facility houses two distinct patient service areas, one for general medicine and the other for dermatology. Each area contains several check in stations, private exam rooms, treatment and procedure rooms, doctor’s offices and nurse stations, served by a common registration lobby and two comfortable waiting rooms. The general medicine side also includes a modern radiology suite, a staff break area and ample storage and IT space.

Completed in early 2016, the clinic was planned to be a highly efficient workplace with a focus on patient comfort. The modern design is a blend of warm colors, unique materials, and durable finishes, featuring attractive energy efficient LED lighting. Maui Medical Group Kahului Clinic is our latest choice for “Featured Project”.
